Kuati’s Delivery, Cancellation and Returns Policy outlined below are taken from our full Terms & Conditions.
6. DELIVERY
6.1 Kuati will endeavour to ensure that the Customer receives all Gift Boxes within three working days of dispatch for Standard Shipping.
6.2 Orders received after 3.00 pm will be dispatched the following day and any orders received after 3.00 pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
6.3 Goods are sent unless otherwise stated, by Royal Mail First Class or Parcel Force. Some items are sent Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or by courier for safety.
6.4 We aim to dispatch your order on the same day, however, allow between 2 to 5 working days for delivery via Standard Shipping.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS POLICY
7.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to info@kuati.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 7.2 below.
7.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
7.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
7.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 7.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
(a) in the event that the product has been used
(b) in the event that the product tags and labels have been removed
The provisions of this clause 7.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
7.5 The rights to exchange goods for a credit as referred to in clause 7.3 will apply in the following circumstances:-
(a) Refund(s) are requested by non-bill payers or those that are considered recipients of goods, but are not original product purchasers and do not hold the valid credit card information of original purchaser.
Goods can be returned as an exchange for the cost of the product ONLY, where the cost of shipping is not included, for a exchange of goods equal to or of more value than the products purchased. If goods are of more value, the customer must submit payment details for the cost difference, plus the cost of shipping.
