  2. If you know what you are looking for under the Main Category, simply go to our Sub-Categories and follow the links to our Product Page and browse the product of your choice.
  3. Once you have found an item, select your quantity and click on the 'ADD ITEM TO BASKET’ button underneath each item.
  4. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘VIEW BASKET' link at the top of the page. You can use the 'DELETE’ button to remove items from your shopping bag.
  5. Click on ‘CHECKOUT WITH KUATI' or ‘CHECKOUT WITH PAYPAL’ to complete your order.
  6. You can add a ‘GIFT MESSAGE’ and select your ‘SHIPPING OPTIONS’.

Do you offer same day delivery in London?

  • Orders are delivered between 11am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 11am to 5pm on Saturday.
  • When your order is ready to be dispatched, a member of the London Premier team will contact you to advise a 2 hour delivery slot.
  • Please note that same day delivery is only guaranteed for orders that are placed before 3pm on weekdays and 12pm on Saturday.
  • Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following day.

How do I cancel, return or exchange an item?

    If you wish to cancel your order:
  1. Please notify us by emailing info@Kuati.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
  2. Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us.
    If you wish to return your order:
  1. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
    If you wish to exchange your order:
  1. If you wish to exchange goods you can do so if you notify us within the 14 days of receipt for an exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
  2. Refund(s) that are requested by non-bill payers or those that are considered recipients of goods, but are not original product purchasers and do not hold the valid credit card information of original purchaser.

For all cancelled, returned or exchanged items, the goods must be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached.

Goods can be returned as an exchange for the cost of the product, only where the cost of shipping is not included, for an exchange of goods equal to or of more value than the products purchased. If goods are of more value, the customer must submit payment details for the cost difference, plus the cost of shipping.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

All correctly returned products will be refunded to the purchaser's credit card and will exclude shipping costs.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
